Role Overview:
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Field Service Engineer to contribute to a fast-growing company. The primary responsibilities include the installation and maintenance of water softeners and filtration systems. The successful candidate will also collaborate with the team on larger-scale projects when required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, service, and maintain water softeners and filtration systems to the highest standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly and effectively.
• Collaborate with the team on larger projects and ensure seamless execution.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain clear communication with clients.
• Travel as needed to client sites across the region.

Role Requirements/Key Skills:

• Qualification in plumbing – essential.
• Experience in the water treatment industry – preferred.
• Strong ability to work independently and use initiative, while also being an effective team player.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
• Full clean Irish driver’s licence – required.
• Safe Pass – an advantage.
• Manual handling certification – an advantage.
